The Piaf Paris menu embodies the very essence of traditional French cuisine, celebrating authentic flavours: semi-cooked foie gras, “Maison Revka” smoked salmon, roast chicken from my childhood served in its own jus, and a beautiful sole meunière… Not to mention the irresistible desserts : vanilla mille-feuille, strawberry tart, and classic vanilla profiteroles.
